WICKWAR BREWING CO UPHOLDS THE QUENCHING OF THIRST FOR ANOTHER YEAR
The weather was kind to us all over the week-end of May 30th. The crowd was even larger this year than last year and boy were they thirsty. “Wickwar Brewing Co always seems to be able to serve a great pint in the middle of a field” was one comment that I over heard.
We had changed our strategy slightly this year, which meant that it was easier to administer the Wickwar ale and fizzy stuff, not forgetting the well acclaimed ‘Wickwar Screech’ which was asked for by name over and over again. The chant became “Screech for some Screech” and they did. Not forgetting the other quaffable beverage ‘Stagefrieght’ now a firm favourite at Wychwood Music festival.
